Wood Micro School is a learning Pod for grades 9th thru 10th grade. The school also offers private or group tutoring sessions. Tutoring is available for all ages, in all subjects. Tutoring is by the hour, and it is offered during traditional working hours (Monday-Thursday 1pm-5pm). Tutoring is throughout the school year and a more tailored schedule during the summer. Tutoring services are $30 per hour. Tutoring is for test prep help, course study help, homework help: tutoring in all subjects.

WMS offers classes every semester in multiple subjects. Classes are twice a week for two hours each. The teacher designs and creates her own curriculum for a more hands-on approach (project based learning), unless the class is a purchased program like Dave Ramsey's Financial Literacy or QuickBooks. Each class session is $60. A parent can pay for each class weekly, monthly, or they can pay for the semester.

Dawn Wood is a certified teacher and administrator with the State of Texas. She is certified in multiple subjects, including special education. She specializes in students with reading and math difficulties, dyslexia, and autism. She has taught 5th grade ELAR and Social Studies, Pre Calculus, Calculus, College Algebra, multiple Business Courses, English Language Arts and Readings for middle school and high school, Financial Literacy, and Quickbooks.
